What is a landlord gas safety inspection
A landlord gas safety inspection involves a thorough check of all gas appliances within a rental property.
This includes boilers, gas fires, cookers and any other gas installations to ensure they are operating safely and correctly.
During the inspection, our qualified engineer will check that appliances are burning correctly, that ventilation is adequate, and that there are no gas leaks or safety concerns. Once the inspection is complete, we will issue a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12), which confirms that the property meets current gas safety regulations.
Landlords throughout Grasscroft are legally required to have this inspection carried out every 12 months, and it is important to ensure certificates are kept up to date to remain compliant with safety regulations.
